Gate

All I know about this prone figure is the bright pink leggings when the line

ends suddenly proceed as normal that is drive your eyes

over the bones of the dead slip into the voice of the undescribed

part sun soldier ignore the bigger picture

selves waiting at the gate to disincline to meet

one’s maker on equal terms to lecture as if dissolving ourselves

into that wan voice of time so all of the animals

sleep aside sleep barely in their dreaming they're partially

true we can only hope the moon wins I perceive that I

am boring you myself reader so does the word

singular as the moon and viable as.

Addressee

This flows against words, against woods, against swords. Sunflower alas: losses’ colossus triangulates the reader. It is important to believe the poem’s residuary worm sails in I’s boat towards the double you [w or m], asking what becomes. Stop turning, there are different things to learn about fear through sleep. Sing of beige beings, addenda, the firmament's impermanence. Song is a sea. Its casements are our eyes.
