Bound and Gagged
A poetry film created by Dominic Weston as part of the Poetry Film Collective, an initiative set up by Elephant’s Footprint and supported by Arts Council England. To date it has been exhibited in Bristol, Shepton Mallet, Swindon, Chippenham, Athens and Melbourne.
Dominic Weston produces wildlife television programmes, runs over Somerset hills and writes poetry. His poems can be about family, or the natural world, or both, but often undercut by a slight slick of darkness. Form and pattern dictate the course of his work on the page, but he is now dabbling in the murky world of Poetry Film.
